Boundaries keep you safe and help you to live a better life. Set boundaries for what and how much you eat, for being disciplined, for being reasonable when you go out and when you come home and for respecting yourself. Boundaries help you to have structure.

Not everyone thinks that boundaries are good but here are some that can help you to be healthier and happier:

  • Limit your phone time.
  • Don’t use your phone when you go to bed.
  • Don’t stay out late all the time.
  • Don’t overeat.
  • Don’t eat out all the time.
