Think Positively to Achieve Your Goals

You manifest what you think.  This is the cornerstone of the universal law of attraction.  Therefore, when you think positively you will attract blessings and opportunities into your life.  As we increase our focus on our efforts, we are able grow consciousness in our brain.  We manifest our energy based on personal choices. When we have a mindset of positivity, gratitude, creativity, and joy we build positive pathways in our brain and bring ourselves into greater positive alignment.

If you have an aspect in your life that is all consuming then chances are you may not be able to clearly think about how to actually improve your situation.  You may feel stressed and negative which creates more hardship, anxiety, and isolation.  When you are ready to shift your attention, you will be able to make healthier choices.  You can also ask for help from loved ones or professionals to help you see things more objectively.  Then you can take action, which can lead to small victories that can amplify positivity around you and can led to greater progress.

Tips to cultivate positivity:

  • Use meditation to quiet the mind and ground ourselves.
  • Choose yoga as an exercise to cultivate total wellbeing by strengthening your mind, body, and spirit.
  • Find things that help you laugh.  Laughter reduces stress, which benefits your overall health.
  • Don’t be a victim.  When you are accountable for your actions and thinking, you can see the choices that led you this this place.  Empower yourself to regain control within yourself and foster more positive options to improve your quality of life.
  • Like attracts like.  This goes for people and events.  When you surround yourself with positive and successful people then you can reap some of their positive vibrations.
  • Embrace an attitude of gratitude.  When you can be grateful for things in your life, you can shift perspective into something more positive.
  • Recite mantras and affirmations to reduce the amount of negative self-speak.  Create a habit of reciting uplifting and empowering statements to help you better accept yourself.
  • Start small.  String together a series of small achievements to generate increased motivation to tackle more difficult goals.
